Robots and Walking and Filming, Oh My…

Halloween marks the onset of the holiday season. Christmas decorations are on the store shelves before the costumes and candy are gone. The energy of creativity, fabulous costumes and imposed consumerism seems oddly appealing and appropriate.

Our documentary in production And…Scene, a Woman’s Journey to Walk Again  http://iaintplayin.wix.com/andscene is prepping to film subject Jamie Petrone walking on Fifth Avenue and Central Park in a robotic exoskeleton.  This remarkable opportunity has been months in the making. We are grateful to the department of Rehabilitative Medicine  at Mount Sinai Hospital for making this possible.

Additionally, we are  delighted to announce our collaboration with talented writer/director Clayton Dean Smith  http://claytondeansmith.com/ of Captain Bull Dog Productions. We cast and are co-producing a poignant, bittersweet love letter to New York City  in his short Off Track Betty. As a life long native New Yorker, this piece resonates to the core. The talented cast and creative team will serve it beautifully.

More updates to follow soon. In the meantime be well and enjoy what remains of Fall. That apple cider donut is looking real good…
