Change and Spring are in the Air…

Welcome to the Spring 2024 Update!

Witnessing the chaos of the world’s stage, while navigating day to day life for many of us is more than enough to bear. A collective wisdom emerges beckoning us to reevaluate how we treat ourselves, each other, our values and what we prioritize. Self reflection has brought me to pivot embracing gratitude, relief, compassion and recognizing life’s inherent beauty. In one way or another we are all in a healing phase. I encourage each of you to measure your success based on internal achievement and freedom from judgement. Making self care and the willingness to mine wisdom from the shadows within will paradoxically propel your goals. The returns of your energetic investment will blossom like the glory of spring.

Here is a brief update and until the next one, wishing all of you grace and the freedom of self acceptance. Love- Liz

I had to include a photo of the April 8th Solar Eclipse which I stole from Nextdoor, I was happy to experience it with a great chill crowd by the Hudson Yards Whole Foods

Congratulations to writer/director Allen Delgado & the Key Lime Pie team on their festival success. Although a comedy KLP deals with themes of virulent racism/classism simply based on appearance. Thanks to collaborator/filmmaker/Princeton professor Moon Molson for the invitation to cast such an impactful comedy short and to the fabulous production team at Lighthouse Ladies.

In March I had the pleasure of being a guest of the SAG-AFTRA Foundation’s Casting Access Workshop at the stunning Robin William’s center. It has been since before COVID, that I was at the Foundation and the first time in their new headquarters which beautifully honors its namesake.

I wish you all enjoyment of your perfect and imperfect days and what remains of spring.

Sending much love until the summer 2024 update-

Liz
