Welcome to the Summer 2024 Update! As a life long Native New Yorker I have unconditional love for the place that has filled me with so much depth and complexity. I am also reminded of the danger and chaos as a child raised in Manhattan. The streets are teeming with beauty, possibility and fabulousness while we have to play double dutch with being safe and having compassion for those less fortunate than ourselves. This is why being committed to your values and craft have never been more important to remain sane and to find refuge in the storm’s eye. Wishing all of you a safe, peaceful and wondrous summer. Until the Fall update, sending love- Liz
Key Lime Pie the comical short I cast with a message about systemic racism written/directed by Allen Delgado and produced by Light House Ladies screened to rave reviews from the audience at the Latino Film Market Festival and the Philadelphia Latino Arts and Film Festival.
Our feature film Barrio Boy is gaining attention from audiences and streaming services. We are proud to join the Peacock family in addition to AppleTV and Amazon.
Stateside a lovely coming of age short from the makers of Barrio Boy is gearing up for a successful festival run. We are deep in the final stages of post production.
On the horizon I have been collaborating with dear friend and award winning multi-hyphenate Maryam Mayika Day, her screenplay Become American which I am attached to co-produce and cast was recently announced as a Quarter Finalist for The Writers Lab an initiative for women writers over 40 sponsored by Women in Film, Meryl Streep AND Nicole Kidman!!!
